napa valley tomato festival {a tomato lover's dream}

yesterday i had the pleasure of attending  the first annual napa valley tomato festival 

held at connolly ranch in napa.

what a tomato lover's dream! visitors enjoyed all things tomato- from a divine bite of a freshly cut tomato to the most perfectly seasoned gazpacho.

a true napa valley gem

tucked away in the hills, just above the town of saint helena, is one of the most stunning napa valley properties.  the awe inspiring views are enough to take your breath away and coupled with the beautifully manicured vineyards and landscaped grounds, one might think for a moment that you are touring a vineyard in the south of france.

i was ecstatic to have had the opportunity to photograph this special property and hope to do so again very soon.

near and dear to my heart - a private napa valley residence

earlier this summer i had the pleasure of photographing this amazing property in oakville, california.   

not only is the estate beyond fabulous in too many ways to count, it holds a special place in my heart as some of the most significant moments and celebrations throughout my life have taken place there.  strolling through the grounds, sitting on the tennis court and walking down the driveway as i shot this 

piece of napa valley heaven, was like walking through the memories of my youth.

this is just a peek.  i look forward to sharing more with you in time.
